INGREDIENTS

1 pound chicken breast (boneless, skinless, about 4 fillets)
1/2 pound brussels sprouts (quartered)
2 red onions (quartered)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit

Toss all of the ingredients together, making sure to fully cover

Spread evenly on a baking sheet

Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through
